The Mobberley Trust was set up in 2001 amalgamating several small ancient charities which were administered either by the Parish Council or the Rector and Church-warden
The intention is to build up the Trusts fund until it is in a viable position to disburse grants using only income from capital.
We shall need a capital amount of several tens of thousands of pounds to be able to benefit Mobberley properley.
Eventually the Trustees hope to make grants for relief of any kind of real need which is not met by Statutory Agencies. This is likely to include help towards equipment, courses, books etc.. for the educational and personal development of young people in our community.
Trust Treasurer, Mr. David Bleakley, is not a Trustee.
Collection boxes are spread across the village.
