To minimise distribution costs it was decided to use the existing monthly Newsletter system. Printing costs would be minimised by designing the survey so that it could be completed by two adults and including a detachable Youth Survey.
This method would cover the majority of the Village population with any shortfall being made available upon request and at a central pick up point.
It was also decided to capture the views of those people who worked within the village but who lived outside; General Surveys being made available to them.
