The General and Youth Survey was issued on the 25th. April, 2008 along with the May Newsletter; each household within the Parish receiving a copy - see below.

The General Survey is designed to be completed by two members of a household and there is an accompanying Youth Survey for one individual.
Where households have more than two adults, or two or more children aged from 11 to 17, then additional copies can be obtained by calling 01565 873016, collected from the Co-op or downloaded from this website. It is available in either MS Word (doc) or pdf format.
